About us

Born and raised in the humid Pampa, we have a natural love for the land.

The green and blue landscape is the backdrop of most of our childhood memories, and the place we always want to return to.

Gamboa is Eduardo’s maternal surname. In Basque euskaldun it means “the high place”. That is why we chose this high point of the Pampa region for this challenge: because it runs through us and because we trust this land the way the Genoese pioneers did when they arrived in 1880 to plant the first vineyards, very close to where we stand today.

EDUARDO TUITE

Born and raised in Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe, from a very young age Eduardo developed three passions: the countryside, tourism and innovation. Wine was in his DNA through his mother’s side: the Gamboas, in their native Basque Country, had a vine at home, in an area uncommon for grape growing. Perhaps that is why he pursues the idea of making wines in non-traditional places. And perhaps that is also why, when he managed to fulfil his dream of bringing all his passions together in one place, he named his project Gamboa.

Our values

Authenticity

We don't imitate foreign traditions. We create our own, honoring the terroir of Buenos Aires and the vision of a new winemaking Argentina.

Excellence

Every detail matters. From vine cultivation to the last glass, we pursue perfection in everything we do.

Community

Gamboa is a place to connect. With nature, with others, with oneself. A space for genuine encounters.
