Simple ingredients that surprise with their flavour thanks to different cooking methods and combinations. Fruits and vegetables — always present in the menu — change with each season, a guarantee of fresh and tasty dining every time. Plates are colourful and flavourful, playing with texture contrasts to enhance the virtues of our Buenos Aires wines.

After a forest path that will fill you with magic, we will tell you at the winery which wines we produce and how we make them. We will challenge you to recognise our style and, while we’re at it, we will offer a third wine. And to close, we always have an additional detail ready to surprise you.
