Casa Gamboa

Our Lunch Experience, designed by Edward Holloway, uses seasonal ingredients playfully creating an experience designed to while away the hours while soaking in the views of our picturesque vineyard. A menu which allows the conversation to flow as much as the wine does. We combine simple flavours, fresh seasonal produce and traditional Argentine cooking methods in our wood fired oven and over hardwood coals on the “Parrilla”. Using an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as pickles prepared in house, the menu is a homage to the finest local ingredients. The experience would not be complete without our unique wines. We pair our lunch with wine from of our unique terroir in Campana as well as limited edition wines made around Argentina by renowned Argentine winemakers, including Santiago Achaval, Karim Mussi and Agustín Lanus.

TERRUÑO EXPERIENCE

Our TERRUÑO experience is the multi course menu show casing our finest ingredients and Argentine cooking techniques, including a wood fired oven and traditional Argentine “Parrilla”.
