Gabriela Celeste, a Mendoza native chosen by Michel Rolland (the most renowned French winemaker in the world) to continue his legacy in Argentina.

Gabriela directed the EnoRolland laboratory for 20 years, providing services to many Argentine wineries. She is now the owner of the EnoRolland laboratory.

An agricultural engineer specialising in viticulture and oenology, Gabriela Celeste has developed her professional career around wine and has worked in the Mendoza industry from the very beginning. Those who know her know that she is one of the leading figures in Argentine oenology. Her name is a brand that inspires honesty, seriousness and solidity.

WINEMAKING TEAM

Gerardo Pereyra, originally a teacher, began his wine journey in 2007 training at the Escuela Argentina de Vinos. He is a Certified Tasting Professional and also studied the Sommellerie Technicature. He became enamoured with viticulture and wine production and is a technical advisor to our project as well as another in his hometown.

Enrique Mirazo Agricultural engineer and technical advisor in viticulture, having specialised in France, Spain, the United States and Chile. Private advisor in viticulture ventures in Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina. External advisor to INAVI in Uruguay.

Mónica Monica is the "Alma Mater" of this project, she has been in charge of the vineyard for 10 years, under the guidance of Enrique Mirazo. She has always worked on big plant specialized projects.
